What counts as one request?

One finished short-form video up to 90 seconds, from up to 30 minutes of supplied raw footage. Long-form work or materially larger projects are quoted separately.

How do active requests work?

Two requests can be actively worked on at the same time. Additional requests stay in your queue and move into active production as a current request is completed.

What counts as a revision?

A revision changes the agreed brief using the source material already submitted. A new concept, deliverable, or materially new footage is treated as a new request.

How fast will my edit be ready?

Standard requests average 2–3 business days after usable files and clear direction are received. Complex animation may take longer.

Is long-form editing included?

Long-form editing and complex or custom animation are quoted separately.

Can I cancel?

Yes. The service is month-to-month. Send your cancellation before your next monthly payment is due.
